HISTORY
Imbazo Foods was founded by Craig Mee in June 2003. The company has grown significantly from humble beginnings in small rented premises with one production line, to building a state of the art factory in 2011 with a multi-line production facility. We are also in the process of designing and building another factory in conjunction with our current one.
Jiggies products are available locally throughout South Africa as well as in most neighbouring countries such as Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Swaziland and Mozambique. These countries are supplied by our sister company, Carnival Foods, based in Alberton North, Johannesburg.
Thanks to a great team and fantastic support from our loyal customers, we are extremely proud to be one of the top snack manufacturing companies in KZN and we certainly hope to grow from strength to strength.

MISSION STATEMENT
We at Imbazo Foods endeavour to be a leading, high quality South African snack manufacturing and distribution company. We strive to do this through passion and commitment and by using our knowledge in marketing, administration, procurement, production, quality control and logistics. Our aim is to produce a high quality, low cost mass market product to the hawker and informal sector, which in turn plays an increasingly important role in the creation of employment operating outside the mainstream of economic activities. This has matured to a highly organised and largely profitable business activity with fixed clientèle and discerning customers.
DISTRIBUTION
Imbazo Foods proudly owns its entire fleet of trucks. This allows us to control our distribution network thus ensuring impeccable service levels to all our customers.
